The live price board
Every card below is a real row from the free Price Check Pack — the same sourced format as the full book. Search it, filter it, then tap “Play this job” and we’ll deal it into the game.
Not invented prices. Cited prices.
A chatbot can invent a price. It cannot show you what Angi’s Orlando page, a Florida pressure-washing company, and an Ocala stump-grinding guide each published — with the link to verify it. This is an actual page from the Full Edition — every job is a card with the range, the charge price, and the source printed on it:
A named source
Every price comes from a published cost guide — Angi, HomeGuide, and Florida contractor & company guides.
The full link
Every card in the book — and every row of the Excel workbook that comes with it — carries the live source URL. Verify any price in one click.
A checked date
All prices checked October 21, 2026. Refreshed editions are how this book stays honest — and current.
An honest scope
Rows are labelled CENTRAL FL (Orlando), CENTRAL FL (Ocala), FLORIDA, or NATIONAL. Nothing is dressed up as an “Ocala price.”
No stock photos of someone else's book

Straight answers
No hype. Here’s exactly what this is — and what it isn’t.
Are these really Ocala prices?
Some are, most are honestly labelled. Angi doesn’t publish an Ocala page — it publishes Orlando, the nearest Central Florida metro — so rows are labelled CENTRAL FL (Orlando), CENTRAL FL (Ocala), FLORIDA or NATIONAL. The book never dresses a national number up as a local one, and it tells you up front. Where a genuinely Ocala source exists (stump grinding), the row says so and explains its method.
Is the game using the book’s real prices?
Yes. Every job in the game and on the price board is a real row from the book, checked October 21, 2026, and the answer feedback names the published source. The wrong answers are made up on purpose — the right one is always the book’s range.
What exactly do I get?
Instant downloads from Gumroad. The Free Pack is a 20-page PDF with 12 priced jobs, their source links, and the Trade Secrets chapter. The Starter ($19) is a 28-page, 43-job PDF + Excel workbook plus the Profit Kit bonus. The Full Edition ($49) is the 60-page, 110-job PDF + Excel workbook with field notes and pro tips on every job, category intel, the cross-sell matrix, 5 ready-to-sell packages, and the Profit Kit bonus.
How does the Starter upgrade credit work?
Buy the Starter on Gumroad and keep your receipt. Within 30 days, send it to us from the email on the receipt and we’ll issue you a personal one-time code that credits your $19 toward the Full Expanded Edition — you pay the $30 difference, not $49 again.
What if it’s not for me?
Start with the free pack — that’s what it’s for. Paid editions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if the book doesn’t help you price jobs with more confidence, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Is the “suggested charge” a quote?
No. The suggested charge is the midpoint of the sourced range — a starting anchor for your own quote, clearly labelled as publisher synthesis. Your price still depends on the job in front of you: access, materials, condition, travel and your licence. Some listed work requires a Florida licence and/or permit, and the book flags it.
One corrected price pays for the book.
Lil left hundreds on a single water heater swap. Play the game, grab the free pack, and price your next job like you mean it.
